Registration for the Xperience is as usual. There will be no draw until all available places have been filled.

The Xperience is open to people aged 16 or over in the calendar year (born in 2010 or later).
The Xperience can be completed individually or as a team.
Team registration is possible with a minimum of 2 separate participants.
You must register online by Friday June 5 at 12:00 at the latest.
Swimming: Goggles, neoprene suit (see previous point), cap and nose clip.
Bicycle: A bicycle powered solely by the legs (lower muscular chain) in a circular motion using a crankset without electric or other assistance. Equipment may be checked. Telephones may be used on the bike, but only for GPS or emergency purposes, and never to be called.
Running: Hydration vests are permitted.
For the collection of the numbers, an identity document must be presented. A person, even from another club, can collect the number in your place, provided that you show your identity card and that of the competitor.
1 bib to use for the bike and the run and 1 frame plate for the bike will be provided. A transponder (timing chip) will be loaned and returned at the finish. In case of loss, the transponder will be charged 30 € to the associated participant.
The competitor who wishes to abandon is required to take his number + transponder to the nearest signaller.
A space will be made available to those who wish to leave their belongings (bike, bags, etc.). A surveillance of the organization will be set up, however in case of theft or damage of the material, the organizer cannot be held responsible.

- Maximum bike departure time: 10.10 a.m.
- Maximum race start time: 11:15 a.m.
- Maximum finish time: 12:10 p.m.
No outside help or accompaniment during the races is allowed (refreshments, bike breakdown service...) outside the refreshment stands.

Official photos of each event will be published after the event.
The organization offers cancellation insurance via the BETICKETING module. This insurance must be taken out at the time of registration and cannot be taken out at a later date. In the event of unforeseen circumstances on your part, your race number will be reimbursed at 80% of its value within a maximum of 72 hours after the event. It covers all unforeseeable and sudden causes. You may be asked to provide proof that your claim is well-founded.
